Our forged planetary gears are engineered to withstand demanding industrial conditions. Using high-quality 18CrNiMo, 45# steel, and 42CrNiMo alloy steel, these gears deliver exceptional mechanical strength, wear resistance, and long service life. Ideal for wind power gearbox systems and metallurgical machinery.
This large forged disc is manufactured from high-performance alloy and carbon steels such as 18CrNiMo7-6, 45#, 42CrNiMo, and 42CrMo, offering excellent mechanical strength, toughness, and wear resistance. It is widely used in metallurgical equipment, industrial gearboxes, and heavy-duty rotating systems where reliability under high stress and long service life are essential.
The forging process ensures a fine grain structure and superior internal quality compared to cast parts, while optional heat treatment (tempering, or normalizing) enhances performance for specific applications. Available in rough machined or finish-machined condition upon request.
Customizable sizes: Module M3–M12, gear diameter up to 1.8 meters
Forged gear weight range: 10 kg to 5000 kg
Quality assurance: Ultrasonic testing, hardness testing, and gear accuracy inspection (Grade 7–8)
Machining services: Rough machining, precision machining, gear hobbing, surface treatment
