Carbon Steel C35 C45Forged Components For Transmission Shaft Rotating Shaft Push Shaft. We supply custom-forged carbon steel components made from C35 and C45, ideal for manufacturing transmission shafts, rotating shafts, and push shafts used in various mechanical and industrial systems. These forgings offer excellent machinability, adequate strength, and cost-effective performance for medium-load dynamic applications.
Material Grades:
C35 – A medium carbon steel suitable for moderate mechanical stress; good machinability and weldability.
C45 – Higher carbon content than C35; provides better tensile strength and surface hardness after quenching and tempering. Ideal for shafts and rotating components under higher loads.
Product Features:
Weight range: 100 – 7000 KG
Forged in round, stepped, or custom profiles
Heat treatment: normalized ,tempered upon request
Machining condition: as-forged, rough turned, or semi-finished
100% Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
