Precision Forged Steel Cylinder – 42CrMo / 20CrMnMo – CNC Machined or Rough Finished

Our Precision Forged Steel Cylinders are manufactured using open die forging processes and are available in either CNC machined or rough finished conditions. Made from premium-grade 42CrMo and 20CrMnMo alloy steels, these cylinders offer excellent tensile strength, impact resistance, and dimensional stability, making them ideal for gearboxes, hydraulic systems, marine applications, and industrial machinery.

Each forged cylinder is customized according to client specifications, with weights ranging from 100kg to 7000kg. We provide complete services including heat treatment (quenching, tempering), ultrasonic testing (UT), and mechanical property certification. Our cylinders are widely used by OEMs in the wind energy, port equipment, and power transmission sectors.

All components comply with ISO9001, DIN, and GB standards, ensuring long service life and stable performance in harsh operating environments.
