42CrMo, 18CrNiMo7-6 45# Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel Custom Forged Parts Hydraulic Breaker.
We are dedicated to manufacturing high-durability forged components specifically designed for hydraulic breakers used in construction, mining, and demolition environments. Engineered to absorb extreme impact forces and resist severe abrasion, our parts are made from high-grade carbon and alloy steels such as 42CrMo 18CrNiMo7-6 45#.
Each forging undergoes precision-controlled forging and heat treatment processes, resulting in excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance, and dimensional accuracy — even under the most punishing field conditions.
For over five years, we have been a strategic forging supplier to a leading Korean heavy equipment manufacturer. This long-standing partnership reflects our ability to provide:
Consistent product performance in fatigue-critical environments
Reliable lead times through integrated production and process control
Stable quality across repeat orders, backed by material traceability and full inspection
Our commitment to quality, responsiveness, and technical support makes us a preferred choice for OEMs and equipment rebuilders worldwide.

The steel forgings production flow:
Forging Production Process
Raw Material Steel Ingot (Chemical Composition Inspection)→ Cutting to Size→ Heating in Furnace (Temperature Monitored)→ Forging Operation→ Post-Forging Heat Treatment (Temperature Controlled)→ Discharge from Furnace → Blank Inspection (Surface & Deformation Check)→ Rough Machining→ Initial Inspection (UT, MT, Dimensional Check, Hardness Test)→ Quenching & Tempering (QT)→ Final Inspection (UT, Mechanical Properties, Hardness, Grain Size)→ Finish Machining→ Final Dimensional Inspection→ Packing & Marking (Steel Stamp & Labeling)→ Warehouse Storage → Shipment
